Every engagement is a monthly retainer with a set number of service hours — predictable pricing, senior-level work, and no surprise invoices. A full-time controller costs $120K+ a year; a CFO, $250K+. Every plan gives you both, for a fraction of the cost of a single hire. Start where you are and move between plans as your needs change.

10 hours per month. The essentials, handled reliably — monthly bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.

15 hours per month. Everything in Starter, adding full AP management — bill payment and wire setup with every payment approved by you — and transaction processing.

20 hours per month. Everything in Core Accounting, adding accounts receivable oversight and reporting.

25 hours per month. Everything in Core Accounting Plus, adding ownership of the monthly close, customized monthly and quarterly management reports, and accounting systems and controls.

30 hours per month. Everything in Controller, adding a rolling cash flow forecast and quarterly business reviews with management.

40 hours per month. Everything in Controller Plus, adding budgets and projections, KPI dashboards, and strategic input on pricing, unit economics, and transactions.

60 hours per month. Your complete finance department — full AP and close ownership, board and investor reporting, financing and capital support, and strategic projects.

80 hours per month. For higher-volume businesses with in-house accounting staff. Everything in Full Finance Function, with capacity for staff oversight and review, a heavier close, and ongoing special projects.
Each plan includes direct access to CFO-level expertise from your dedicated senior advisor, deep NetSuite and QuickBooks Online experience, and coordination with your tax preparer and other advisors. Hours beyond your plan are billed at $110/hour — always discussed with you first. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, with ACH auto-pay available.
